This is my last Will and Testament of me Charles Haskard of Stathern in the county of Leicester Boot & Shoe Manufacturer

I appoint my brother Francis Williamson Haskard Plumber of Leicester and my son Thomas Haskard (hereinafter called the Trustees) Executors and Trustees of this my Will

I give all my plate China Glass Books Pictures furniture and all other household effects to my son Thomas Haskard also all my real and personal Estate but he shall not sell the house and land nor take mortgage on the same at anytime other than what is now on without the consent of my brother Francis Williamson Haskard and my two daughters Sarah and Elizabeth and the said Thomas Haskard my son shall at the end of five years after my decease or before if the house by consent is sold pay my to my daughter Rosia my daughter Sarah my daughter Elizabeth and my daughter Mary if called upon to do so the sum of Ten pounds (£10) each

I also appoint that for ten years after my decease the two end Rooms at the North East end of the house shall be set apart for my Daughters when they are out of a situation or when they want to come to Stathern for a holiday during their single life or until they are married, also my son Thomas Haskard shall pay all my debts out of the Estate

I revoke all other will by me at any time heretofore made and declare this only to be my last will and Testament

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this thirteenth day of August one thousand nine hundred and three

Signed by the said Charles Haskard as his last Will and Testament in the presence of us both present at the same time who in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as Witnesses
