In The name of gode Amen the viith daye of Aprill in the year of our lorde gode 1570 I Willm Harte of Saxulby beinge sicke in body but hole of mynde & of good & perfect rememberance make this my last will & Testament as hereafter folowithe

Fyrst I bequieth my soule unto allmightie gode & my body to be buried in the churchyard of Saxulby

It I geve & bequieth unto Johanne my wyffe all my goods yf she kepe her unmaried And yf she marie then she to have the thirde parte saving my detts payde And the rest of my goods to be Amonge my childeren devided equally
