This is the last Will and Testament of me William Harby of Nether Broughton Lodge Nether Broughton in the County of Leicester Farmer

I give a legacy of Ten Pounds free of legacy duty to each of the following persons namely to John Bryan Hayes and William Edward Hayes the children of my first Wife’s Sister Elizabeth Hayes to Mary Hannah Turner Elizabeth Wade and Arthur Blunt the children of my first brother Thomas Blunt to Mary Clarke Annie Collington John Blunt and Thomas Blunt the children of my first Wife’s brother Samuel Blunt to Sarah James the Granddaughter of the said Samuel Blunt and to Samuel Harby, Job Harby, Arthur Harby, William Harby and Alice Jane Harby the children of my brother Job Harby

I give a legacy of Fifty Pounds free of legacy duty to Mary Elizabeth Harby the daughter of the said Job Harby

And I give devise and bequeath all my real estate and all the residue of my personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever unto and to the use of my Nephew Edward Harby And I appoint him sole Executor of this my Will And hereby revoke all former Wills and testamentary dispositions made by me

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this Twelfth day of April One thousand nine hundred and ten
