This is the last Will and Testament of me John Harby of Scalford in the County of Leicester Blacksmith

I give and devise all my house Shop and real Estate at Scalford aforesaid unto and to the use of my son John Harby his heirs and Assigns for ever

I give to my Sons Philip and William five pounds each to my Daughters Elizabeth Shilcock and Ann Harby Five pounds each to my Son Thomas one pound and to my Grandson Joseph five Pounds

Subject to the payment of the above Legacies my Debts funeral and Testamentary Expences I give all my personal Estate and Effects unto my said Son John whom I appoint Sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament

In Witness whereof I the said John Harby the Testator have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand and seal this fifteenth day of December one Thousand eight hundred and Thirty five

Let a Probate be made to John Harby of Scalford in the County of Leicester Blacksmith the sole Executor named in the will of the deceased

He having been duly sworn as well to the faithful Execution of the will as that the Goods Chattels and Credits of the deceased without deducting any debts owing by the deceased therefrom do not amount in value to the Sum of Twenty Poundes and that the deceased died on or about the 5th Sepr 1836
