In the name of god Amen; I Judeth Handley of Claxton alias Long Clawson in the County of Leicester widdow being sick of body but of good & perfect memory prased be almighty god doe make & ordaine this to be my last will & testament in maner & forme following

Imprimis I give & bequeath my Soule to god that gave it and my body to be buryed in the Church yard of Claxton aforesaid

And as for my worldly goods I doe dispose of as followeth

Itm I doe give my dwelling house & land thereto belonging with the appurtenances unto my Two daughters Mary Handley & Judeth Handley to them & there heires forever to be equally divided betwixt them

Item I doe give & bequeath unto my Said Two daughters Mary & Judeth all my goods Cattel & Chattells moveable & unmoveable wheresoever & whatsoever to be equally divided betweene them after my funerall Charges being defriad & I do ordaine and make my said two daughters Mary & Judeth Joint Executours & Thomas Marriot the elder & John Marriott the elder both of Clawson aforesaid overseers of this my last will & Testament in wittnesse whereof I have set to my hand & seale the day & yeare first above written
