This is the last Will and Testament of me Joseph Hand of Scalford in the County of Leicester Labourer

I direct all my just debts funeral and testamentary expences to be paid

I Give and bequeath unto my brother Thomas Hand, and my Sister Maria Hand, both of Scalford in the County of Leicester, all my monies and securities for Monies and every thing I die possessed of, to be equally divided between them share and share alike

And I appoint the aforesaid Thomas Hand, and Maria Hand, my Brother and Sister, joint Executors of this my Will

In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this Twenty fourth day of September one thousand eight hundred and seventy nine

Signed published and declared by the said Joseph Hand the Testator as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our Names as Witnesses

Proved at Leicester on the Eleventh day of October 1879 by the Oaths of Thomas Hand, the Brother, and Maria Hand, Spinster, the Sister, the Executors to whom Administration was granted

The Testator Joseph Hand was late of Scalford in the County of Leicester Labourer and died on the Twenty fourth day of September 1879 at Scalford aforesaid
