Bond, bound Matthew Hall grazier of Granby, Henry Hall grazier of Asfordby, William Hall grazier formerly of Welby but now of Long Clawson, William Shipman farmer of Stathern, Frederick Wade Twells gentleman of Nottingham and Caractacus D’Aubigny Shilton gentleman of Nottingham £600 11 April 1816, condition bound Matthew Hall, Henry Hall, William Hall and Anne wife of bound William Shipman uncles and aunt and four of the next of kin and administrators of Sarah Hall late of Stathern spinster who was only daughter and surviving next of kin of Thomas Hall of Langar to produce inventory and administer estate of Thomas Hall

Let Administration of all and singular the Goods chattels and Credits of the within named Thomas Hall deceased (which at the time of his decease were within the Archdeaconry of Leicester) be granted and committed under Seal to the within bounden Henry Hall and William Hall two of the Uncles and two of the next of kin and also two of the Administrators of the Effects of Sarah Hall late of Stathern in the County of Leicester Spinster deceased who (whilst living) was the only surviving Child and next of kin of the said Thomas Hall and who dyed without having … administered to his Effects in this Court They the said Henry Hall and William Hall being duly Sworn as well to the faithful Administration of all and singular the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said Thomas Hall deceased (situate within the aforesaid Archdeaconry) as that the same as they were at his death without deducting any Debts owing by the deceased therefrom did not amount in value to the Sum of Four Hundred and fifty Pounds

Let Administration of all and singular the Goods, Chattels and Credits of the within named Thomas Hall deceased, which at the time of his death, were within the Archdeaconry of Leicester be granted & committed under seal to the within bounden Matthew Hall and to Ann the wife of the within bounden William Shipman (jointly with the above named Henry Hall and William Hall) the Uncle and Aunt and two of the next of kin and also two of the Administrators of the Effects of Sarah Hall within named, who, whilst living was the only surviving Child & next of kin of the said Thomas Hall deced & died without having administered to this Effects in this Court

They the said Matthew Hall and Ann Shipman being duly sworn as well to the faithful Admon of all and singular the Goods, Chattels and Credits of the said Thomas Hall deceased lying within the said Archdeaconry as that the same Goods Chattels & Credits as they were at his death without deducting any Debts owing by the deceased therefrom did not amount in value to the sum of four hundred and fifty pounds
