In the name of God I Martha Gregg Widow in the parish of Harby Leicestershire being in years but of sound mind memory & understanding do this tenth day of May in the year of our Lord 1808 make & publish this my last will & testament in the manner following that is to say

I Give & bequeath to my Son William Darman my house & garden in the parish of Harby & all my Cattle plate money Linen wearing apparel & debts whatsoever I may die possessed of & I make constitute & ordain my Brother Thomas Pizer in the parish of Stathern Leicestershire my Executor for my Son William Darman he shall pay my funeral expences he then shall sell or order to be sold whatsoever I may be possessed of at the time of my death & the said Thomas Pizer shall sell what & in what manner my Son William Darman may think best & as soon as he may think best after my death

I the said Martha Gregg have to this my last Will & testament set my hand & seal
