This is the last Will and Testament of me Catherine Gregg of Harby in the County of Leicester Spinster

I appoint my Niece Martha Gregg of Harby aforesaid Spinster Sole Executrix hereof and I devise to my said Niece in fee simple All my one third part or share and all other (if any) the part or share to which at my death I may be entitled of and in All the messuage or tenement with the orchard garden and piece of land adjoining containing about half an acre situate at Harby aforesaid which I now occupy And also of and in all other messuages land and hereditament (if any) situate at Harby aforesaid or elsewhere which were devised to me and my sisters by the Will of my late Father Samuel Gregg

And all other my real estate and all my personal estate I also devise and bequeath unto my said Niece in fee simple and absolutely

And lastly I revoke all former Wills

In witness whereof I the said Catherine Gregg have hereunto set my hand this twenty seventh day of November One thousand eight hundred and ninety nine
