This is the last Will and Testament of me Thomas Green of Plungar in the County of Leicester Carpenter

I give devise and bequeath all my Real and personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever Unto and to the use of my Son Benjamin Green his heirs executors administrators and assigns absolutely subject nevertheless to the payment of my just debts funeral and testament expenses and to the payment within twelve calendar Months after my decease of a Legacy of Fifteen Pounds to my Daughter Jane the Wife of Daniel Watchorn and a Legacy of Fifteen Pound to my Daughter Mary Ann the Wife of William Calvery Bateman

I devise all Lands and Hereditaments which shall at my decease be vested in me as Mortgagee or Trustee Unto and to the use of my said Son Benjamin Green his heirs and assigns subject to the trusts and equities affecting the same respectively

I appoint my said Son Benjamin Green sole Executor of this my Will

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this Seventeenth day of November in the year One thousand eight hundred and fifty nine
