This is the last Will and Testament of me Parr Greaves of Abb Kettleby in the County of Leicester Victualler

I give to my Brother John Greaves his Heirs and Assigns my two Closes in Abb Kettleby aforesaid in my own Occupation charged with the payment of Four hundred and Forty pounds in part of the Mortgage debt of six hundred and forty Pounds and a proportion of the Interest if any which shall be due at the time of my death

I give devise and bequeath unto my Wife Cordelia Greaves her Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns my House and Homestead with the Appurtenances in Abb Kettleby aforesaid in which I reside and also all my personal Estate and Effects charged with the remainder of the Mortgage debt and all my other debts and my funeral Expences

And I appoint my said Wife sole Executor of this my Will

Dated this thirteenth day of September 1822

Let a probat be granted to Cordelia Greaves of Abb Kettleby in the County of Leicester widow Executrix named in the will of Parr Greaves who died at Abb Kettleby on the 17 day of Sep 1822

She the said Cordelia Greaves being duly sworn as well to the faithful Execution of the Will as that the Testators Goods Chattels & Credits as they were at his death without deducting any debt owing by him therefrom did not amount in value to the sum of three hundred pounds
