This is the last Will and Testament of me Thomas Gould of Eaton in the County of Leicester Gentleman

I Give and Devise my real estate situate at Harby in the said County of Leicester now in the occupation of Mr William Kemp (subject to the life estate therein of my Brother William Gould as to one undivided fifth part thereof) Unto my dear Wife Jane and her assigns for her natural life without impeachment of waste and after her decease I Give and Devise the same unto my Son Thomas and his assigns for his natural life without impeachment of waste and after the decease of my said Son Thomas I Give and Devise my said real Estate unto his children now born and hereafter to be born who shall live to attain the age of twenty one years and the heirs and assigns of such children in equal shares as Tenants in Common

I Give and bequeath unto my said Son Thomas all my personal Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever subject to the payment of my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses And I appoint my said Son Thomas Executor of this my Will

In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this sixteenth day of September in the year One thousand eight hundred and sixty one

Proved at Leicester the Twentieth day of May 1875 by the Oath of Thomas Gould Son of the deceased the sole Executor to whom Administration was granted

The Testator Thomas Gould was formerly of Eaton and late of Branstone both in the county of Leicester Gentleman and died on the twenty fifth day of May 1874 at Branstone aforesaid
