This is the last Will of me Catharine Goodbourne of Nether Broughton Leicestershire Spinster

I Give and devise all those my two Messuages or Tenements land & outbuildings situate at Nether Broughton aforesaid unto my Brother Thomas during his life and after his death I Give and devise the same unto my Niece Sarah Ann Pickworth her heirs and assigns for ever provided that if my said Brother shall marry I Give the House and piece of land adjoining the Blacksmith’s Shop (being the one towards the North) to my said Niece her heirs and assigns immediately upon such marriage and the other house to her her heirs & assigns on my Brothers death as aforesaid

I direct my said Brother to pay my debts funeral and testamentary expenses and including a Debt I owe to the Revd John Noble on Note of hand and subject thereto I Give all my personal Estate of which I shall died possessed unto my said Brother Thomas and I appoint him sole Executor of this my Will

Witness my hand this 12th day of July 1864

The Testatrix Catherine Goodbourn was late of Nether Broughton in the County of Leicester Spinster and died on the second day of January 1865 at Nether Broughton aforesaid
