I hereby give devise and bequeath to my Wife Catherine Glover for her own use and benefit and for ever all my effects both real and personal whatsoever and wheresoever situate and I hereby appoint her the said Catherine Glover sole Executrix of this my Will
In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this twenty eighth day of December one thousand eight hundred and sixty eight

Proved at Leicester the twenty eighth day of July 1869 by the Oath of Catherine Glover Widow the Relict of the deceased the sole Executrix to whom Administration was granted
The Testator Thomas Glover was late of Scalford in the County of Leicester Carrier and died on the twenty sixth day of January 1869 at Scalford aforesaid
