Thomas Glover of Long Clawson 1810 Will

In the name of God Amen This is the last Will and Testament of me Thomas Glover of Claxton otherwise Long Clawson in the County of Leicester Labourer

First I give and bequeath to my Sister Catherine Doubleday the sum of fifty pounds which my Brother William Glover now owes me

All the Residue of any personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever I die possess of I give and bequeath to my said Brother William Glover Subject nevertheless to the payment of all my just debts my Funeral and Testamentary expences and I do hereby make and ordain my Brother in law John Doubleday sole Executor in Trust of this my last Will and Testament and do hereby declare this and none other to be my last Will and Testament

In Witness whereof I the said Thomas Glover the Testator have herein set my hand and seal this fourth day of October in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and nine

Signed sealed published and declared by the within named Thomas Glover as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as Witnesses to the due Execution thereof
