This is the last Will and Testament of me Jane Glenn of Eaton in the County of Leicester Widow

I give and devise All my real estate whatsoever and wheresoever which at the time of making this my Will I have power to appoint or dispose of Unto my Nephew Thomas Morris for and during the term of his life and from and after his death I give and devise my said real Estate unto his youngest Son Henry his heirs and assigns for ever But in case he should die under the age of twenty one years without leaving any issue him surviving Then I give and devise my said real estate unto his Brother Thomas his heirs and assigns for ever

I give unto my niece Jane the wife of William Wright an annuity of Two pounds ten shillings during her life to commence at the expiration of six calendar Months after my death and to be paid half yearly which said Annuity I charge upon my said real estate and direct the same to be for her sole and separate use and that her receipt alone shall be a sufficient discharge for the same

I give unto my Nieces Ann the Wife of Joel Newcome Jane Dexter and Elizabeth Hallam and my Godson Joseph Frisby Spencer the Legacy of Fifty pounds apiece to be paid to them at the expiration of six calendar Months after my death by my Executor hereinafter named

I give unto my said Nephew Thomas Morris All my personal Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever (subject to the payment of my just debts Legacies Funeral and testamentary expenses) and I appoint my said Nephew Thomas Morris Sole Executor of this my Will

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this nineteenth day of July One thousand eight hundred and sixty nine

The Testatrix Jane Glenn was late of Eaton in the County of Leicester Widow and died on the Sixth day of May 1872 at Eaton aforesaid
