This is the last Will and Testament of me Josiah Gill of Holwell in the County of Leicester Farmer

I hereby revoke all former testamentary dispositions made by me

I appoint my son Josiah Gill and my Son in Law William Wilford Whittle (who are hereinafter called my Trustees) Executors and Trustees of this my Will

I give and bequeath all my Personal Estate and Effects to my Trustees Upon Trust that my Trustees shall sell call in and convert the same into money or such part thereof as shall not consist of money and shall out of the monies produced thereby and out of my ready money pay my Funeral and Testamentary expenses and debts and shall pay and divide the net residue of the said monies unto and equally between all my Children other than and except the said Josiah Gill

Signed and declared by the above named Testator as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who in his presence at this request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as Witnesses

Proved at Leicester on the seventeenth day of May 1890 by the Oaths of Josiah Gill the son and William Wilford Whittle the Executors to whom Administration was granted

The Testator Josiah Gill was late of Holwell in the County of Leicester Farmer and died on the thirteenth day of April  1890 at Holwell aforesaid
