In the name of God Amen this 29th of June in the yeare of the raigne of our Soveraigne Lord Charles by the Grace of God, of England, Scotland France & Ireland Kinge Defender of the faith the fift 1629 I Elizbaeth Guill of Claxton als Longe Clawston in the Countie of Leic widdowe & Spinner, beinge sicke of bodie but of good & perfect memorie praised be god doe make & ordain this my last will & testament in manner followinge

First I bequeath my soule to god that gave it & my bodie to be buried in the Churchyeard of Claxton aforesaid

Item I give unto Elizabeth More, Widdowe Dale & Mary Palmer to every one of these 3 Widdowes 2d a peece

Item I give unto my eldest sonne Willm Guill my brewing Lead the … & all the furniture or appurtenances thereto belonginge for his filliall porcon & to get & remaine after his decease to his heires for ever as any heire loome

Item I give unto my sonne John Guill for his porcon my second bedstead my newest mattresse my midlest Coate and xxs to be pd presently after my decease or enter on goods to the worth of all his legacies

Item to my sonne Thomas Stanwidge xiid

Item I give unto my daughter Joane Fosset xiid

Item I give unto my daughter Anne Nixon xiid

Item I give unto my daughter Elizbaeth Clothman xiid

It I give unto Thomas Clothman sonne to my foresaid daughter Elizabeth xiid

Item I give unto the other 2 brothers xiid a peece

It I give unto my Cosen Elizabeth Stanwidge fiftie shillings to be paid within one whole yeare after my decease, and a table in my Chamber about 3 yeards longe

The rest of all my goods unbequeathed I give & bequeath unto my daughter Issabel Guill whome I make & ordain my full & sole executrix of this my last will & testament to see the same performed my debts & legacies paid & my bodie honestly & reverently brought to the ground

Lastly I make & ordaine Robert Hickling & William Lee the elder overseers of this my last will & testament giveinge to either of them for theire paines vid
