William Freckingham of Ab Kettleby 1830 Will

This is the last Will and Testament of me William Freckingham of Abb Kettleby in the County of Leicester Grazier as follows

First I direct all my just debts funeral and Testamentary expences be fully paid

I Give Devise and bequeath All that my Messuage or Tenement Yard Garden Outbuildings and hereditaments to the same belonging And also all that Close or Ground inclosed containing One Acre or thereabout situate standing lying and being in Abb Kettleby aforesaid the whole in my own occupation with their Appurtenances And also all my Household Goods Stock Cattle Chattels credits and all other my Personal Estate and Effects whatsoever unto my Son Richard Freckingham his heirs executors administrators and assigns for ever Subject nevertheless to the payment of the following Legacies namely

I Give and bequeath unto my five Sons Henry, William, John, Francis, and Stephen Freckingham, and my Daughter Martha Gale, the Sum of forty pounds apeice which I will shall be paid as follows Twenty pounds apeice to each of my said Children at the end of Twelve months after my decease and the remaining sum of Twenty Pounds to each of them at the end of Two years after my decease And I hereby charge my said Real and Personal Estate with the true payment thereof

And I hereby appoint my said Son Richard Freckingham sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Wills by me made

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this twenty eighth day of March one thousand eight hundred and Twenty six

We the surviving Children of William Freckingham of Abb Kettleby who departed this life on the twenty sixth Day of February One Thousand Eight hundred and Thirty do unanimously acknowledge and accept this our Father’s last Will and Testament as truly valid and fully satisfactory to each and every of us

Let a probat be made to Richard Freckingham of Ab Kettleby in the County of Leicester Farmer and Grazier the Sole Executor named in the Will of the deceased who died 26th Feby last

He having been first duly sworn as usual to the faithful Execution of the Will as that the goods Chattels and Credits of the deceased without deducting any debts due and owing by the deceased therefrom do not among in value to the Sum of Two hundred pounds
