This is the Last Will and Testament of me Stephen Freckingham of Abb Kettleby in the County of Leicester Grasier made this Twenty Fourth Day of March One Thousand Seven Hundred and Seventy Six
First I order that all my just Debts and Funeral Expences be fully Satisfied and paid
I Give and bequeath unto my Dear and loving Wife Sarah and to my Son John Freckingham all my Household Goods and Furniture Goods Cattel Chattels and personal Estate and Effects whatsoever and of what Nature and kind soever
And I Do hereby Constitute and appoint my said Wife Sarah and my said Son John joint Executors of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made
In Witness whereof I have hereunto sett my hand and Seal the Day and Year first above Written
