This is the last Will and Testament of me Richard Hickling Freckingham (commonly called Richard Freckingham) of Abb Kettleby in the County of Leicester Farmer
I bequeath to my brother Francis Hickling Freckingham a Legacy of Fifty pounds and to my brother Henry Freckingham a Legacy of Fifty pounds and to each of the children of my said brother Francis Hickling Freckingham a Legacy of One hundred pounds and to each one of my other Nephews and Nieces a Legacy of Forty pounds and I direct that all Legacies hereby bequeathed to married women shall be for their respective sole and separate use
And I devise and bequeath all my real and personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever to my Nephew Richard Hickling Freckingham of Abb Kettleby aforesaid absolutely subject to his paying thereout my funeral and testamentary expenses and debts and the Legacies hereby bequeathed
And I appoint my said Nephew Richard Hickling Freckingham Sole Executor of this my Will

Proved at Leicester on the Second day of June 1879 by the Oath of Richard Hickling Freckingham the nephew the Sole Executor to whom Administration was granted
The Testator Richard other Richard Hickling Freckingham was late of Abb Kettleby in the County of Leicester Farmer and died on the Fifth day of April 1879 at Abb Kettleby aforesaid
