This is the last Will and Testament of me William Freck of Harby in the County of Leicester Farmer and Grazier

First I direct all my just debts funeral and testamentary expences to be fully paid

I give and bequeath all my money securities for money stock on my Farm implements of husbandry household goods and all other my Personal Estate and Effects of whatsoever nature or kind the same may be of which I shall die possessed unto my Son James Freck his executors administrators and assigns

And I do hereby appoint him Sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all for Wills by me made

In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this eighteenth day of November 1839

Signed sealed published and declared by the said William Freck the Testator as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who have at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other subscribed our names as Witnesses to the due execution hereof

James Freck of Harby in the County of Leicester Farmer the sole executor in the will named was duly sworn to the truth and faithful performance thereof as usual and that the goods chattels and credits of the deceased without deducting any debts owing by him therefrom do not amount in value to the sum of the six hundred pounds and that the deceased died on the twenty first day of December last past
