This is the last Will and Testament of me James Freck of Harby in the County of Leicester Farmer

I bequeath to my daughter Olivia Furmidge the legacy of Twenty pounds for her sole and separate use

I bequeath to my Son James Freck the legacy of Ten pounds

I bequeath to my daughter Sarah Brown the legacy of Twenty pounds for her sole and separate use

I direct that the above mentioned legacies shall be paid at the expiration of twelve calendar months from my death

I devise all my real estate and bequeath the residue of my personal estate unto and to the use of my son Thomas Freck his heirs executors administrators and assigns respectively subject and charged with the payment of the above mentioned legacies

I appoint my son Thomas Freck the Executor of this my Will and I revoke all testamentary dispositions herefore made by me

In witness whereof I the said James Freck the testator have hereunto set my hand this twenty second day of March One thousand eight hundred and eighty seven

Signed and acknowledged by the said James Freck the Testator as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us present at the same time who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses

Proved at Leicester on the thirteenth day of May 1887 by the Oath of Thomas Freck the son, the sole Executor to whom Administration was granted

The Testator James Freck was late of Harby in the County of Leicester Farmer and died on the twenty third day of April 1887 at Harby aforesaid
