This is the last Will and Testament of me Caroline Freck (formerly Caroline Gregg Spinster) the wife of Frederick George Freck of Harby in the County of Leicester Labourer
I direct the payment of my debts funeral and testamentary expenses by my Executrix
Whereas I am now seized and possessed of a one third share of and in the messuage and hereditaments hereinafter mentioned and also of certain personal estate as my separate property Now I hereby give to my niece Martha Gregg of Harby aforesaid Spinster all my clothes and jewellery (subject as to my gold watch to my husband’s use of the same during his life) and all the rest and residue of my personal estate I give to my said husband absolutely
I devise all one third part or share and other (if any) the part or share to which I may be entitled at my death of and in All the messuage or tenement with the orchard garden and piece of land adjoining containing about half an acre situate at Harby aforesaid now in the occupations of my sisters Elizabeth Gregg and Catherine Gregg And also of and in all other messuages lands and hereditaments (if any) situate at Harby aforesaid or elsewhere which were devised to me and my said sisters by the Will of our late Father Samuel Gregg and all other my real estate (if any) unto my husband the said Frederick George Freck for his life he paying a proportionate share of the expense of keeping the same in repair and insured And on his death I devise the said part or share and real estate unto my said niece Martha Gregg in fee simple
I appoint my said niece Martha Gregg Sole Executrix of this my Will
In Witness whereof I the said Caroline Freck have hereunto set my hand this 22nd day of March One Thousand nine hundred
