Thomas Foulds of Old Dalby 1817 Will

This is the last Will and Testament of me Thomas Foulds of Old Dalby in the County of Leicester Gentleman as follows

First I direct my just debts Legacies Funeral and Testamentary Expences to be fully paid

I give and bequeath unto my Niece Anne the Wife of Thomas Parlby of Old Dalby aforesaid Three hundred Pounds Stock in the three per Cent consolidated Bank Annuities which I direct shall be assigned to her by my Executors hereinafter named immediately after my death

I give and bequeath unto my Niece Sarah Foulds of Old Dalby aforesaid Spinster Three hundred pounds Stock in the same Fund to be assigned to her immediately after my death

I give unto my Nephew Thomas Monk of Loughborough in the County of Leicester Two hundred Pounds Stock in the same Fund to be assigned to him immediately after my death

I give unto my Great Nephew Thomas Foulds Monk of Loughborough aforesaid Two hundred Pounds Stock in the same Fund to be assigned to him immediately after my death

I give unto the two Children of [blank, but Thomas Wilders married Elizabeth Monk both of Walton 14 March 1795] Wilders of Walton in the County of Leicester by his late Wife Elizabeth Monk One hundred Pounds Stock in the same Fund which I will shall be assigned to them immediately after my death

I give unto Joseph Rimington a Servant with [blank] Farmer Esquire of Tusmore in the County of Oxford Two hundred Pounds Stock in the same Fund to be assigned to him immediately after my death by my Executors

And Lastly all the Residue of my Personal Estate and Effects I give and bequeath the same unto and amongst the above named Anne Parlby Sarah Foulds Thomas Monk Thomas Foulds Monk and the two Children of [blank] Wilders by his late Wife Elizabeth Monk in equal Shares and Proportions

And I do hereby nominate and appoint my two Friends Thomas Fowler and Thomas Clarke both of Melton Mowbray in the County of Leicester Gentlemen joint Executors in Trust of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Wills by me made

In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand and Seal this tenth day of October One thousand eight hundred and sixteen

Signed sealed published and declared by the said Thomas Foulds the Testator as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who have at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other set our hands as Witnesses to the due Execution thereof
