In the Name of God Amen I Richard Flower of Claxton als Long Clawson in the County of Leicester the Eldr Inholder being sick and weake in Body but of perfect Mind and memory praised be Almighty God for it Doe Make this My Last Will and Testament in Manner following revokeing all former and other Wills by me heretofore made

First I Commend my Soul to God Almighty that Gave it hopeing through the meritts of his son Jesus Christ to Inheritt Life Everlasting And my Body to be buried att the Discretion of My Extrix hereafter named

First I will that My Debts and funerall Charges be paid and Discharged

Item I Give and Devise to my Loveing wife Sarah All My Messuage or tenement with the appurtts wherein I now live for and dureing the terme of her Naturall Life And from and After her Decease I Give and devise the said Messuage or tenement with the Appurttences unto my Daughter Sarah Flower and the heirs of her body and for want of such Issue I Give the said Messuage or tenement to my son Willm Flower and his heirs fore ever hee paying att his Entering upon the same five pounds apeice to my sons Robert John and Stephen

Item I Give to my sons Richard William Robert John and Stephen One shilling apeice in full of their parts of My personall

All the Rest of My Goods Cattel and Chattells I Give to my Loveing Wife Sarah Flower whome I make Sole Executrix of this My Last Will
