In the name of god Amen I Michaell Fisher of Eaton in the Countye of Leicester being sicke in bodie but whole in mind and of good and perfect memory thankes be given to god doe make and ordeine this my last will and testament in manner and forme followeing
First I bequeath my soule into the hands of almighty god my maker, hopeing to be saved by the death and passion of Jesus Christ my redeemer, and by no other meanes, And my bodie to the earth from whence it Came and to be buried in the Churchyard of Eaton aforesd
It I give unto Ellis Fisher my sonne one barren Ewe one great Charger the long table and one Coffer
It I give unto Elezabeth my daughter one Ewe hogg one paire of flaxen sheets and one paire of hempen sheets one brasse pott and 2 pewter dishes
It I give unto Joahne [Jane in probate copy] my daughter one Ewe hogg one paire of flaxen sheets and one paire of hempen sheets 2 pewter dishes one panne the Cuberd in the parlar and my owne Chist
It I give unto Christopher my sonne one Ewe hogg and one paire of hempen sheets
It I give unto Thomas my sonne one Ewe hogg and one paire of hempen sheets
All the rest of my goods, Cattell and Chattells moveable and unmoveable my debts payed, my legacies discharged, and my bodie decently brought unto the ground I give unto Mary Fisher my wife, whom I make full executrix of this my last will and testement
Allso I ordeine and institute Supervisors of this my last will and testament Roger Allcock gentleman and Willyam Caunt
