In the name of God Amen I Ann Fisher of Claxton otherwise Long Clawson in the County of Leicester Widow being (blessed by God) of perfect mind and memory Do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in form and manner following (That is to say)
First I recommend my Soul to God who gave it me and my Body to be decently buried at the discretion of my Executor hereinafter named and as touching my worldly Estate which I shall die possessed of I dispose of it as follows
I will and direct that all my Just Debts and such Legacies as were bequeathed by my late Husband and shall remain unpaid at my decease be well and truly paid
And I give and bequeath to my son John Fisher the sum of one Shilling
Also I give and bequeath to my son Edward Fisher the sum of one Shilling
Also I give and bequeath to my Daughter Katherine Fisher the sum of ten Pounds
Also all the Residue and Remainder of my Goods Chattels Cattle and Personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever which I shall died possessed of I give and bequeath to my son Samuel Fisher whom I do hereby make and ordain whole and sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament
In Witness whereof I the said Ann Fisher have here unto set my Hand and Seal this twenty seventh Day of June One Thousand seven Hundred and eighty seven

Signed Sealed published and declared by the said Ann Fisher as and for her last Will and Testament in the presence of us who at her request in her presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as Witnesses thereto

Let probat be granted to Samuel Fisher Sole Executor he being sworn to the due Execution of this Will & made oath that the whole personal estate of the Testator at the time of her death (Novr 11th 1808) did not amount in value to the sum of Two hundred pounds
