This is the last Will and Testament of me John Faulks of the Parish of Long Clawson in the County of Leicester Grazier I will that my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses be paid by my executrix hereinafter named

I give devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever unto my sister Mary Faulks of Long Clawson aforesaid

I direct that my said sister provide a home and maintenance with every necessary comfort for my brother George Faulks as long as he lives and I charge the same on my real estate at Alfreton in the County of Derby

I hereby appoint the said Mary Faulks Executrix and David Cartwright Executor of this my Will

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this thirty first day of January in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and ninety eight
