I Patty Faithfull of Eastwell in the County of Leicester Widow

After the payment of my just debts and Funeral expences and subject in the mean time thereto thereby give and bequeath all the Interest use benefit and produce of whatsoever property I may die possessed to my under mentioned Executors In trust for the use and purposes hereinafter specified

Namely that the Interest of the same shall be paid regularly by half yearly payments to my daughter Emily Sarah Faithfull for which her receipt alone shall be a discharge to my said Executors but should not the annual income arising from the said Interest be deemed sufficient by my said Executors for the maintenance of my said daughter Emily Sarah they shall be empowered to purchase an Annuity with one thousand pounds for her life and should my said daughter Emily Sarah marry with the consent of my said under mentioned Executors they may at their discretion apply the whole or any part of the principal then remaining to her use and benefit

But should my daughter Emily Sarah die unmarried or without issue I give and bequeath from and immediately after her decease all the then remaining principal unto and amongst my other Children or the Survivors of them if more than one share and share alike and if one then to such remaining Child

And to the end that the aforesaid premises shall be applied and disposed of I appoint my Sons George David and Francis Joseph Trustees and Executors of this my last Will and Testament

In witness whereof I the said Patty Faithfull the Testatrix have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand and Seal this ninth day of July in the year of our Lord 1824

Signed Sealed published and declared by the said Patty Faithfull as and for her last Will and Testament in the presence of us who in her presence and at her request and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as Witnesses to the same
