In the name of God Amen this Eight Day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand Seven hundred and Thirty nine I John Dunsmore of Scalford in the County of Leicester Farmar being Sick & weak in body but of parfect mind & memory praised be God for the Same doe make and ordain this my Last will & Testament in manner & forme following

Imprimis I give & bequeath unto my Daughter Mary Dunsmore five pounds yearly for & dureing the Terme of her Natural Life to be paid her by my Executors herein after menconed

Item I give to my Sone William & my daughter Ann Shuttlewood one Shilling & to my Daughter Elizabeth one Shilling

Item I give to my Daughter Smart of Scalford one Shilling & to her Daughter Ann a Cow

All the Rest of my goods Cattle & Chattels I give and bequeath unto my Loving wife Ann Dunsmore & John Dunsmore my Eldist Sone whom I constitute make and ordain my only and Sole Executors of this my Last will & Testament Ratifyeing and Confirming this & no other to be my Last will & Testament

In Witness whereof I have hereunto Set my hand and Seal the Day & year first above written
