This is the last Will and Testament of me John Draper of Long Clawson in the County of Leicester Publican

I give to my Nephew Richard Son of my Brother George Draper my Single barrelled Gun

I Give and devise unto my dear Wife Rebecca All my real and personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever To hold the same unto my said Wife her heirs executors administrators and assigns Subject to the payment of my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses and to the specific Legacy above mentioned

And I appoint my said Wife Executrix of this my Will

In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this fourth day of October in the year one thousand eight hundred and fifty eight
