Memorand That at or upon the 13th day of February Ano Dni According to the Computation of the Church of England 1673 John Dixon late whilest he lived of Harby in the County of Leicester being sicke and weake but of good and perfect Memory and having A desire and mynde to declare his Last will and testament nuncupative did nuncupatively or by word of mouth declare these words or to the like effect as followeth vizt
He did give and bequeath unto Hellen his wife all his goods rights credits Cattles and Chattles whatsoever to him belonging she paying his debts and bringing up his child which words or to the like effect were declared and spoken by the said John Dixon as his last will & testament nuncupative in the presence and hearing of Daniell Peeps John Skinner and Francis Bunney
