In the name of god Amen I William Deane of Eastwell in the County of Leicester yeoman being Sick in bodie but in perfect minde and memorie I praise God for the same doe ordaine & apoint this to bee my Last will and testament in maner and forme following that is to say

First I give and bequeth my Soule into the hands of Allmighty god my maker assuredly believing through the merits of Jesus Christ my Saviour to have forgiveness of my sins and Life Everlasting and next I Comit my body to the Earth to bee in decent maner brought thither at the discretion of the Executor of this my last will and testament here after mentioned and as Concerning my worldly goods

First I give and bequeath to my daughter Margaret Wright [?] the some of one Shilling to be paide her by the Executor of this my last will & testament

It I give and bequeath to my Master Mr Thomas Eyre Esq my litle gun and the best Stone … to be delivered to him within one weeke after my decease

It I give and bequeath to my brother John Garrard my best hatt & a paire of Stags lether gloves

And all other my goods whatsoever Cattel Chattell utincells of husbandry redy mony and debts I give and bequeath to my loveing wife Ann Deane Whome I make Sole & Whole Executor of this my last will and testament in witness wheare of I have heare unto Sett my hand & Seale this twelfth day of February in the yeare of our lord one thousand six hundred Eighty and too
