In the Name of God Amen I Ann Dean widdow and spinster of Saxleby In the County of Leicester being In perfect mind and Memory I Bless god for it I do give and bequeth to my Daughter Mary Dean All and Everything Of my Household Goods That I Have now In my Posesion Onely One puter porringer and Spoon to my Deare Beloved Son James Dean now Living In London at The Green Gate Whome I put my whole Trust in to Guide my Beloved Daughter Mary Dean And So That Non of family Shall Rong Shee Or Cleam aney Rights or property to the said goods or Chattels that are now or ever be In my posetion at my Decese

I Ann Dean of Saxelby do firther more Leve my Beloved Daughter Mary Dean my Whole and Sole Executrix to all and Everithing that I have in my posetion This being my Last will and all that Ever I made
