I Robert Day of Claxton in the County of Leic beinge Weake in body but of perfect memory praise be given to god doe make & ordaine this my Last will and Testament in manner and forme followinge

Imprimis I Give and bequeathe unto John Hart and Thomas Glenn and Thomas Henson and Jane Bramble and Edward Hallam Thirty two pounds to be Divided as here after followeth viz: that is to say

Tenn pounds to John Hart and seven pounds to Thomas Glenn and seven pounds to Thomas Henson and five pounds to Edward Hallam and three pounds to Jane Bramble all which said severall sums of monys lyes within the hands of Thomas Fox of Claxton upon a Bond of Thirty two pounds and it is my will that the said persons Above mentioned shall Receive the said Severall sums of mony at the hands of the said Thomas Fox and the End and Terme of one yeare after my Decease and my wife theese Above said shall receive this my Bond of my Executrix for theire recoveringe of this Mony above said and for the Discharge of Thomas Fox

And all the Rest and Residue of my personall Estate Goods and Chattels whatsoever I doe give and bequeath unto my lovinge Sister Mary Mackly whom I make full and sole Executricks of this my Last will and Testament to be disposed in manner and forme followinge viz when all my debts is paid my funarall Charges and my wifes then for her my said Executrix to divid equally and propertionably of the Afforsaid Residue of my personable estate Amongst her Children that is to say William Mackly Ann Mackly Mary Mackly Thomas Mackly Robert Mackly and if any one of them shall dye or decease unmarried before the Mony be devided then the residue of the mony to be equally devided amongst the others

And I doe hereby Revoake disanull and make voyd all former wills & Testaments by mee heretofore made

In wittness hereof I the said Robert Day to this my Last will and Testament doe set my hand and seal this Twenty fourth day of October in the yeare of our Lord god one Thousand six Hundred Seventy and Seven 1677
