In the name of god Amen the 30th of November 1592 I Richard Dalliwater of Harbie in the countye of Leicester husbandman beinge of perfect memorye do make & ordayne this my last will & Testament in manner & forme followinge
First I bequeath my soule to the Almightye trustinge to be saved by the merits of my Saviour Jesus Christ & my bodye to be buryed in the church yarde of Harbie aforesd
Itm I give & bequeath to my Daughter Alice Dalliwater ten pounds of lawfull Englishe money, to be payd unto her at the adge of one & twentye yeers
Itm I give to Richard Biarde my godsonne vid
Itm I give & bequeath to Isabell Dalliwater one harden sheete
Itm to Henry Dalliwater one paire of breeches
Itm I give & bequeath to every one of my Brothers Robart Dalliwater his children vid a piece
Itm I give & bequeath to my Brother John Dalliwater his children, Barthol. Thomas, & Willm eche of them vid
Itm I give & bequeath to the children of George Hill everye of them iid
Itm I give to Prudence Tompson vid
Itm I give & bequeath to Agnes Tompson iid
Itm to John Tompson iid
Itm to Richard Tompson iid
Itm to Elizabeth Tompson iid
Itm I give & bequeath to the sonnes of Richard Arnold either of them iid
Itm I give & bequeath to the 2 children of Thomas Hand the younger eche of them iid
Itm I give & bequeath to my sister Margery one henne
Itm I will that Agnes Charletonn be kept & mayntaned at the charge of my sonne Willm Dalliwater for meate drinke apparell in such sort as here tofore she hath bene by me so longe as she shall endevor her selfe for the profit of my sd sonne
The residue of my goods moveable & Immoveable, my debts paid & my legacyes & buryall discharged, I give & bequeath to my sonne Willm Dalliwater whom I make my true & lawfull executor of this my last will & testament
