In the Name of God Amen The fourth day of March Anno Domini One thousand and Seaven hundred and in the Thirteenth yeare of the Reigne of our Souveraigne Lord William the Third King of England &c I Thomas Daft of Limehouse in the parish of Stepney in the County of Midlesex Waterman duely considering the uncertainty of this present Life and the perils and dangers of the Seas Doe make publish and declare this my last Will and Testament in manner following (that is to say)

First I will and appoint that all my just debts shall be fully paid and satisfied

And all and singular my messuages Lands Tenements and Hereditaments Sallary wages wares merchandizes freight profitts monies debts Goods Chattells and all other my Estate whatsoever I give devise and bequeath unto my wellbeloved wife Mary Daft to her owne use

And I doe name appoint and make my said wife Mary Daft sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament

And I doe hereby revoke and make void all former and other Wills by me at any time heretofore made and doe publish and declare these presents to be and containe my last Will and Testament

In Witness whereof I the said Thomas Daft the Testator have to this my last Will and Testament sett my hand and Seale the day month and yeares first above written
