This is the last Will and Testament of me Robert Daft of Hickling in the County of Nottingham Yeoman

I Give and devise unto my youngest son Thomas Daft and his Heirs and Assigns the Messuage Closes Lands and Hereditaments in Hickling aforesaid which have lately been conveyed to me by Stephen Mann as the Heir at Law of his Father George Mann who was the surviving Trustee for sale of the same Hereditaments under my Father’s Will and which are now in Mortgage to Mr Thomas Musson of Waltham for Four hundred and fifty pounds but I do expressly charge the said Messuage Closes Lands and Hereditaments with the payment of the said Sum of Four hundred and fifty Pounds and for the Interest which may be due for the same at my death and I direct that my other Estate and  effects be not subject to the payment of the same Debt or any part thereof

All the rest of my Messuages Lands Tenements Hereditaments and Real Estate I direct shall descend to my eldest Son Robert Daft his Heirs and Assigns and I also Give to him the said Robert Daft his Executors and Administrators all my personal Estate and Effects whatsoever but I do expressly charge all the last mentioned Messuages Lands Tenements and Hereditaments with the Appurtenances with the payment of all my Debts and Funeral Expenses (except the said Mortgage debt of Four hundred and fifty Pounds) and also with the Annuity and Legacies hereinafter mentioned

I Give to my Wife Mary Daft a clear Annuity of Twelve Pounds a year to be paid to her by even quarterly payments of Three Pounds at Lady-day Midsummer Michaelmas and Christmas the first of the said quarterly payments to be made at such of the said days as shall happen next after my death And I Give to my said Wife the same power of distraining for and recovering the said Annuity as Landlords have for enforcing the payment of Rent

I Give to my two Daughters Elizabeth and Hannah the Sum of Fifty Pounds a piece to be paid to them respectively within twelve months after my death and the further sum of One hundred Pounds a piece to be paid to them respectively within twelve months after the death of myself and my Wife

I Give to my said youngest son Thomas the sum of One hundred pounds to be paid to him within twelve Months after the death of myself and my Wife And I do hereby nominate and appoint my said Son Robert Daft sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made

In Witness whereof I the said Robert Daft the Testator have to the first sheet of this my last Will and Testaments (which is contained on two Sheets of Paper) set my Hand and to this second and last Sheet thereof my Hand and Seal the fourth day of February in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and three

I do hereby Certify that on the 28th day of June in the Year of our Lord 1806 Robert Daft of Hickling in the County of Nottingham Yeoman the son and Sole Executor named in this the last Will and Testament of Robert Daft late of Hickling aforesaid in the Diocese of York Yeoman deceased was Sworn well and truly to execute and perform the same And that the whole of the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said Deceased in the Diocese of York do not Amount in value to the Sum of Two hundred Pounds
