This is the last Will & Testament of me Helena Mary Daft (spinster) of 8 Water St Egremont Wallasey in the County of Chester made this fourteenth day of June 1922
I appoint my sister Caroline Hannah Daft of 8 Water St Egremont Wallasey to be my sole Executrix & I give & bequeath to the said Caroline Hannah Daft all my real & personal estate & anything to which I am entitled
In the event of my sister Caroline Hannah Daft pre deceasing me I appoint my brother Arthur Henry Daft of Nookland Powis Rd Ashton Preston to be my Sole Executor & I give & bequeath to the said Arthur Henry Daft all my real & personal estate & anything to which I am entitled
