This is the last Will and Testament of me Mary Cox of Scalford in the County of Leicester Widow

I give and bequeath unto my three Nephews John Wilford Edward Wilford and Thomas Wilford (Sons of my Brother Edward Wilford) the Sum of Twenty Pounds apiece

Unto my Nephew Thomas George the Sum of Twenty Pounds

Unto my Nephew Edward George the Sum of Ten Pounds

And unto my Nephew John George the Sum of Ten Pounds

Unto my three Nieces Elizabeth Tuckwood Mary Stone and Sarah Spencer and unto my two Nephews Noel Wilford and John Wilford (the five Children of my late Brother Matthew Wilford) the Sum of five Pounds apiece all which said Legacies I direct to be paid within twelve Months next after my Decease

I give and bequeath unto my Sister Sarah George the Sum of Ten Pounds to be paid to her by my Executor by one Shilling and Six pence a Week untill the whole is paid, to be computed from the Day of my Death if my said Sister shall so long live but in Case of her Death before the whole Legacy of ten Pounds is paid to her as aforesaid then I direct the Residue of such Legacy to lapse for the Benefit of my Executor and residuary Legatee

All my ready Money Securities for Money Goods Chattels and personal Effects whatsoever and wheresoever (subject to the Payment of my Debts Legacies funeral Expences and also two Legacies of Thirty Pounds each charged thereon by the Will of my late Husband) I give and bequeath unto my said Brother Edward Wilford whom I do hereby nominate and appoint full and sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament

In Witness whereof I the said Mary Cox the Testatrix have hereunto set my Hand and Seal the twenty eight day of October in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and ninety three

Let probat be granted to Edward Wilford sole Executor of the within written will, he being sworn to the due execution thereof & made oath that the whole personal estate of the Testator at the time of her death (Decr 7 1806) did not amount to the sum of three hundred pounds
