In the Name of God Amen I William Corner of Eye Kettleby in the County of Leicester shepherd calling to Mind the uncertainty of this life do make & ordaine this my last will & Testament in Manner following
Impris I comitt my Soule into the hands of God that gave it and my Body to the Earth of which it was made dust unto dust in hopes of a Joyfull resurreccon in & through the alone Meritts of Jesus Christ the righteous & to be decently Interr’d att the discreccon of my Executors herein after Named And as for my worldly Estate wherewith it hath pleased God to intrust me with I dispose thereof as followeth
Impris I give to my son William Corner all my wearing Cloths of what kind soever after my decease & ten shillings to be paid within one yeare after my decease by my Excors herein after named
Item I give & devise to my Son George Corner all that my Messuage or tenement with the appurtences thereunto belonging Scituate lyeing & being in Great Dalby in the said County of Leicester & now in the tenure or occupacon of my said son George Corner to him and his heirs for Ever
Item my will & mind is that my Daughter Elizabeth Corner shall have a good Roome in the said house that I have given & devised to my said son George Corner in Great Dalby aforesaid for a Dwelling place or habitacon for my said Daughter Elizabeth Corner as Long as she lives if she has a mind to live there
Item I give to my said Daughter Elizabeth Corner Twenty pounds to be raised & paid by my said Excors herein after Named out of my Stock depasturing feeding & being in the Grounds belonging to the house I now live in and which I rent of William Farmer of Eye Kettleby aforesaid within three Months after my Decease
Item I give to my Grandchildren Anne Corner & William Corner children of my said Eldest Son William Corner Twenty Shillings a piece to be paid by my said Excors within One Yeare after my decease
Item I give to my Grandchild Anne Lambson Ten Shillings to be paid by my said Excors within one yeare after my decease
Item I give to my Daughter Esther Lambson twenty shillings to be paid by my said Excors within one Yeare after my Decease
Item I give to my Son in Law William Stains & my said Daughter Elizabeth Corner all my household goods whatsoever to be Equally divided amongst them share & share alike after my decease
Item I give to my Grandchild Thomas Stains my best Ewe Lamb
Item I give to my Grandchild Katherine Corner Eldest Daughter of My

Item I five to my Grandchild Anne Corner Daughter of my son George Corner a Ewe

Item I give & bequeath to my said son Thomas Corner of Sysonby in the said County of Leicester & my Son in Law William Stains of Eye Kettleby aforesaid whom I make Joynt Excors of this my last will & Testament all my goods creditts Cattle Chattells ready Money & personal Estate whatsoever not herein before by me bequeathed after my Just debts are paid & discharged
In Wittness whereof I the said William Corner have hereunto Sett my hand & Seale this fourteenth day of September in the Second year of the Reigne of our Sovereigne Lord George by the grace of God of Great Britain France & Ireland King Defender of the Faith &c Annoq Dni 1715
