George Cooper of Goadby Marwood 1811 Will

In the Name of God Amen I George Cooper of Goadby Marwood in the County of Leicester Yeoman being of sound mind memory & understanding do hereby make & ordain this my last Will & Testament in manner & form following

First I will that all my just debts & Funeral & other Expences be paid & discharged by my Exor hereinafter named

Item I give & bequeath to my Nephew George Cooper Son of Christopher Cooper hereinafter named the Sum of Forty pounds

Itam I give & bequeath to my Nephew Thomas Cooper of Holborn in the County of Middlesex Linen Draper Son of my late Brother John Cooper deceased in order to purchase a Ring the sum of ten pounds

Itam I give & bequeath to my Niece Elizabeth Beal the Daughter of John & Elizabeth Beal hereinafter named the sum of Forty pounds

Itam I give & bequeath to my Brother Christopher Cooper within named of Compton Street & Parish of St Giles in the County of Middlesex Grocer & to my Sister Elizabeth Beal Wife of the above named John Beal & hereinafter named all the residue of my Goods Chattels & personal Estate whatsoever & wheresoever after paying by my Exor hereinafter named All my just Debts Funeral & other Expences as also all Legacies by me left & hereinnamed to be equally divided between them share & share alike

And lastly I give unto my Brother in Law John Beal above named of Union Street Calcot Place & parish of Lambeth in the County of Surry Inn Keeper the sum of thirty pounds

And I do hereby nominate & appoint my said Brother in Law John Beal of the said parish of Lambeth & County of Surry Innkeeper to be my Soul Executor to this my last Will & Testament

In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand & seal this second day of January in the year of our Lord 1811
