In the name of God Amen I Charles Cooly of Holwell in the County of Leic Labourer being sick in body but of good and perfect memory do make this my last will and testament in manner and forme following
First I give and bequeath my soule to God who gave it me trusting onely for salvation by Jesus Christ and my body to be buried at the discretion of my executrix hereafter mentioned
Itm I give to my sonne John Cooly 0 li 2s 6d
Itm I give to my grandchild John Cooly one ewe lamb hodge
Itm All the rest of my goods cattels and chattells I give to my loveing wife Mary Cooley whome I make hereby the sole executrix of this my last will & testament my debts first paid and funerall charges expended
In witness whereof I have put to my hand & seal the second of Decemb: Anno Domi 1682
