This is the last Will and Testament of me Dorothy Collishaw of the Parish of Hickling in the County of Nottingham widow in form and manner following that is to say

I give and devise all that my messuage or tenement with the yard garden and appurtenances thereto belonging situate at Cotgrave in the said County and late in the occupation of my daughter Mary Dixon as tenant and also all those several closes pieces or parcels of land or ground situate at Cotgrave aforesaid containing by estimation twenty seven acres or thereabouts and late in the occupation of the said Mary Dixon and Thomas Scothern or one of them and all other my hereditaments and real estate whatsoever and wheresoever unto John Collishaw my grandson son of William Collishaw of Hickling and to the heirs of the said John Collishaw his executors administrators and assigns for ever

I give and bequeath to the sons and daughter of the late Mary Dixon aforesaid the sum of one hundred pounds to be paid to them (free from all duty or tax) at the end of twelve calendar months after my decease in equal portions share and share alike

I give and bequeath to my daughter Anne Collishaw of Hickling All those my two shares in the Grantham Canal Navigation together with all interest or dividends to grow due from the same from the time of my decease I also give to my said daughter Anne Collishaw the sum of fifty pounds to be paid to her (free from all duty) at the end of twelve calendar months after my decease

I give and bequeath all my goods chattels monies and securities for money book debts and all other my Personal Estate and Effects whatsoever (subject nevertheless to the payment of all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses and also to the payment of the several legacies hereinbefore by me given and bequeathed) unto my said grandson John Collishaw his executors administrators and assigns

And lastly I constitute and appoint my said grandson John Collishaw to be the sole EXECUTOR of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former and other wills by me at any time heretofore made and declaring this alone to be any last will and testament

In witness whereof I the said Dorothy Collishaw the testatrix have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty sixth day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty eight
