This is the last will and testament of me Samuel Chettle of Abb Kettleby in the county of Leicester Yeoman

I direct all my just debts to be fully paid

I Give Devise and bequeath All my Real and personal Estate and effects unto my Sister Dorothy Chettle her Heirs executors administrators and assigns for ever And I appoint her Sole Executrix of this my last Will and testament hereby revoking all others by me made

In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this Twenty first day of July 1828

Signed sealed published and declar’d by the said Samuel Chettle as his last Will and testament in the presence of us [“who” missing] at his request and in his presence and in the presence of each other set our hands as Witnesses

Let a Probate be made to Dorothy Chettle of Ab Kettleby in the County of Leicester Spinster the sole Executrix named in the will of the deceased who died on the 23d July last

She having been duly sworn as well to the faithful Execution of the Will as that the testators Goods Chattels and Credits without deducting any Debts owing by the deceased therefrom did not amount in value to the sum of One hundred Pounds
