In the Name of God Amen I Brett Chester of the Parish of Nether Broughton in the County of Leicester Farmer do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following (viz)

Imprimis I give and bequeath to my Son Amos Chester the Sum of one Guinea of good and lawful Mony of Great Britain

Item I give and bequeath to my Son Benjamin Chester the like Sum of one Guinea

Item I give and bequeath to my Son Michael Chester the like Sum of one Guinea

Item I give and bequeath to my Son William Chester the like Sum of one Guinea

Item I give and bequeath to my Son Charles Chester the like Sum of one Guinea

Item I give and bequeath to my Daughter Ann Shilcross the like Sum of one Guinea

Item I give and bequeath to my Son Brett Chester the like Sum of one Guinea

Item I give and bequeath to my loving Wife Rebekah Chester all my Personal Estate of what Nature or Kind soever it be she first discharging the abovementioned Legacies, my just Debts and Funeral Expences

And I do hereby make constitute and ordain my said loving Wife whole and Sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament and do ratify and confirm this and no other to be my last Will and Testament

In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand and Seal this Seventh day of December in the Year of our Lord one Thousand Seven Hundred and Seventy one
