12^th May 1797 The within named Mary Watchorn wife of the within bounden William Watchorn and one of the daughters and next of kin of the within named Ann Birditt late of Wykeham Widow her late Mother deceased was then sworn Administratrix of the Goods and Chattells rights and credits of the said deceased and at the same time  made oath That the said Ann Birditt did not die possessed of a Personal Estate to the amount of Three Hundred pounds as she verily believed
