This is the last Will and Testament of me Thomas Brutnell of Goadby Marwood in the County of Leicester

After payment of all my just debts funeral and Testamentary expenses I Devise and bequeath all the real and personal estate to which I shall be entitled at the time of my decease unto my Son Joel Brutnell of Goadby Marwood aforesaid absolutely

And I appoint the said Joel Brutnell sole executor of this my Will hereby revoking all other Testamentary writings

In witness whereof I have hereunder set my hand this twenty fifth day of September one thousand eight hundred and seventy five

Signed by the said Testator as his last Will and Testament in the presence of us present at the same time who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as Witnesses

Proved at Leicester the ninth day of February 1876 by the Oath of Joel Brutnell Son of the deceased the sole Executor to whom administration was granted

The Testator Thomas Brutnell was late of Goadby Marwood in the County of Leicester Carpenter and died on the twenty sixth day of November 1875 at Goadby Marwood aforesaid
