This is the last Will and Testament of me Robert Brown of Hose in the County of Leicester Labourer
First I direct and appoint that all my just Debts, Funeral and Testamentary expences be paid by my Executors
And further I give and devise all and every my household Furniture Cattle and Chattles ready Money and all other my personal Estate whatsoever of which I shall die possessed in Trust to my two Brothers namely John Brown of Cotgrave Nottinghamshire Labourer and Joseph Brown Farmers Servant residing at Easthorp Leicestershire for the use and behoof of my Wife Mary Brown so far as shall be needful for her mentinance and support and so long as she shall continue my Widow
And at her death or marriage which ever may first take place, then in trust for the equal benefit of my three Children, or if any of them shall die before such division take place, his or her share shall be given to the Children of the deceased if any, but if not his or her share shall be given to the survivor or survivors
And be it further understood, and it is my Will that if my youngest Son shall not be come to the age of 21 years at the time the division shall take place, his share remain in the hands of the trustees or in the hands of the survivor or the heir of the survivor until he shall arrive at that age
And lastly I direct and appoint that my aforesaid trustees or the survivor or the heir of the survivor shall be the Executors of this my Will
In Witness whereof I have set my hand and seal this 9th day of April One thousand eight hundred & forty seven

Signed, Sealed, Published & declared by Robert Brown the Testator as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us, who in his presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses thereto

John Brown of Cotgrave in the County of Nottingham Labourer the surviving Executor in this Will named was duly sworn to the Truth and faithful performance thereof as usual and that the Goods Chattels and Credits of the deceased do not amount in value to the Sum of Two Hundred Pounds and that the deceased died on the ninth day of April last past

On the 2nd day of August 1854 Original Will Exhibited before the Reverend Thomas William Johnes Clerk MA and Surrogate and Probate decreed to pass Seal to the above named John Brown the Surviving Executor in the presence of
